We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, on call Part-Time Maintenance employee to help maintain and enhance the community. This is a field-based role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently. This is a unique position, and we will work around your current schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform general property repairs: plumbing, irrigation, painting, stucco work, etc.

Maintain clean, orderly common areas and grounds as needed.

Handle sewer line backups and coordinate larger repairs as needed.

Participate in on call for emergency repairs.

Qualifications

Time management skills

Experience in general maintenance

Experience in general landscape

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and complete physically demanding tasks

Must be available for occasional after-hours emergencies (on call)
