About the Role:

Creative Learning Academy Inc is looking for a reliable and friendly On-Call/Part-Time School Field Trip Shuttle Driver to join our team in Los Angeles, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a meaningful role in students' educational experiences by safely transporting them to and from exciting field trip destinations. Responsibilities:

Safely transport students and staff to and from school field trip destinations throughout the Los Angeles area

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure shuttle is in safe operating condition

Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and passenger counts

Follow all traffic laws, school transportation regulations, and company safety policies

Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle in a safe and orderly manner

Communicate effectively with school staff and coordinators regarding schedules and route changes

Respond to on-call scheduling needs with reliability and punctuality

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

Commercial Driver's License Class A or Class B

Valid (P) Passenger and (S) School Bus Endorsements

Current or ability to obtain a school bus/pupil transportation certificate as required

Must pass a background check and DOT physical/drug screening

Previous experience driving school buses, shuttles, or passenger vans preferred

Patient, responsible, and comfortable working with school-age children

Flexible availability to respond to on-call and part-time scheduling needs
