Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and professional On-Call Security Officers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for officers who want flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work a variety of site types, including commercial properties, gated communities, and special events.

Responsibilities

Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment for clients and visitors.

Monitor premises and report suspicious activity or safety hazards.

Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.

Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports.

Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Follow client and company post orders and communication protocols.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid PILB Work Card (Unarmed or Armed).

Must have reliable transportation and be able to respond to call-outs on short notice.

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and observation skills.

Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.

Schedule & Pay

On-Call / As-Needed shifts (day, swing, and graveyard available).

Pay rate depends on site and assignment:

Unarmed: $16–$18/hr

Armed: $18–$22/hr
