We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on part-time helper to assist our field team on an on-demand basis. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible work, enjoys physical tasks, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do

Assist technicians on job sites as needed

Help with loading, unloading, and job-site setup/cleanup

Support insulation and home-improvement projects (training provided)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Represent the company professionally with customers and team members

Someone reliable who shows up on time and follows through

Comfortable with physical work and working on ladders or in attics/crawl spaces

Able to take direction but also work independently when needed

Schedule & Pay
