    Responsibilities

    Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, medical history, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.

    Develop and implement treatment plans: Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating various therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patients' specific needs and goals.

    Provide physical therapy interventions: Administer hands-on treatments, exercises, therapeutic activities, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, coordination, and overall physical functioning.

    Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans: Regularly assess patients' progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document changes to ensure optimal outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Candidates must possess a valid and active physical therapy license in the state where they will be providing services.
