CAMCO Property Management is actively seeking an Onsite Assistant Manager to join our team in the Wilmington, Delaware area. The Assistant Property Manager will be collaborate with the Property Manager to support the management of a High-Rise Condominium Building. The position is full-time, and candidates should live within 30 minutes of the property. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience. Responsibilities: • Support resident relations and communication efforts • Assist with annual budget preparation and compliance • Help develop and implement a long-term strategic plan • Coordinate and send audit documents to the building accountants • Support the Property Manager in monitoring the building systems and safety compliance (OSHA, etc.) • Participate in building walk-through inspections • Assist with creating and maintaining preventative maintenance plans • Help enforce building statutes, declarations, regulations, and rules • Perform administrative tasks for the building's office Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Self-motivated; works well independently and collaboratively • Knowledge of building operations preferred • Valid driver's license Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
