    Check In Servicing is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented On-Site Cleaner to join our team! We operate several local offices that manage short-term rental properties across the Tampa Bay area. That means consistent cleaning work, supportive leadership, and a clear path for growth. Weekends may include turnover cleanings, and you’ll also assist with property check-ins using provided checklists to ensure every unit is guest-ready. Responsibilities: • Perform general and deep cleaning of vacation rental properties between guest stays • Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all rooms are prepared to standard • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens • Restock guest amenities and household supplies • Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces • Empty trash and replace liners • Occasionally run to properties for last-minute readiness checks • Communicate any damages or issues found at properties Qualifications: • Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required • Graduated high school, received GED, or equivalent • This position requires the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time, lift 20 or more pounds. and perform strenuous labor regularly • Experience with a variety of home cleaning products and techniques • Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required • Driver’s license required • Must have reliable transportation Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
