The Palms at Verde Shores is a Mobile Home Community nestled along the Colorado River in Needles, CA. The property is a medium sized family-owned operation with multiple properties in California and Arizona. We are looking for an On-Site Community Manager to oversee the daily operations at this 55+ Community. You will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained and enhancing the overall tenant experience.

About the role

Manage day-to-day property operations including billing, tenant application processing, utility reading, maintenance, and task delegation.

Handle tenants move-ins and move-outs, including inspections.

Utilize property management software for tracking leases and maintaining accurate records.

Enforce payment deadlines and issue late notices.

Consistently and promptly enforce the park rules and regulations, while conducting regular property inspections.

Ensure compliance with all local and state housing regulations.

Delegate tasks and work to ensure completion of projects.

Prioritize situations and emergencies regarding the property and address them immediately.

Oversee maintenance staff on the property.

Ensure common areas and green spaces are clean and well-maintained by conducting regular inspections of the property to ensure adherence to safety standards.

About you

Previous experience in property management and maintenance (mobile home park experience preferred).

Available for on-call after hour emergencies.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ability to hire, train and manage our maintenance personnel.

Self-motivated leader with strong management, phone and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and property management software.

Professionally and courteously manage inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns and follow up accordingly.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Open to learning our business policies. We consider our residents as our customers.

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year, plus housing!
