Responsibilities: • Oversee the overall operation and physical condition of the property, including building systems, grounds, and common areas • Supervise and support onsite staff to ensure efficient daily operations • Manage vendors and contractors, including scheduling, performance oversight, and service quality • Conduct routine inspections of buildings and key systems, including the central boiler plant • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects from start to completion • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for residents and the Board of Directors • Attend and participate in Board meetings, offering operational insights and recommendations • Monitor property needs and recommend improvements to enhance performance and resident satisfaction • Respond to and manage after-hours emergencies, including leaks, fires, and critical system failures Qualifications: • Prior condominium management experience required • Must hold at least one professional certification: CMCA, AMS, or PCAM • Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management practices • Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation: $95,000
