  • Responsibilities

    ABACUS IS HIRING an Onsite Support Coordinator in Dallas-Fort Worth. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicating proactively with customers, workforce, and recruiting team.
    • Managing various reports to be sent consistently to customer.
    • Conducting site walkthroughs as part of the screening process and validating candidate qualifications during the walkthroughs.
    • Developing strong relationship with customer leadership team, Abacus workforce, and recruiting branch staff.
    • Supporting branch recruiting efforts through employee referrals and leveraging community contacts.
    • Managing timekeeping and payroll, and addressing payroll-related questions.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve workforce engagement and retention through new hire check-ins, gathering assignment feedback, coaching/workforce development, and routine floor meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in an onsite or similar customer-facing role within a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
    • Strong computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solutions-oriented approach to addressing personnel or other site challenges.
