On-Site Academy: Our New-Hire Academy is dynamic and covers all the services we offer. You’ll engage in didactic modules as well as practical skills sessions. Once you've been signed off, you’ll begin ride-a-longs with your FTO and start applying those new skills.

On-Site Field Training: We are interested in you taking your success to another level. Next, with field training complete, we connect you with a field ambassador to further mentor your success. Job Responsibilities:

Drug & Alcohol Screening

Pulmonary Function Testing and Training

CPR & First Aid training

Various OSHA Safety trainings

Wellness screening

First Aid injury response

Desired Qualifications:

Responsible, reliable, punctual, accurate, personable, customer-service focused, task-oriented

Flexible Shifts

Minimum Requirements:

Must have an EMT certification or greater or a equiv. Military background

Must be 21 years or older

Recent 3 years driving experience

Clean DMV record – no DUIs in the last 5 years

Must be comfortable participating in a drug screen

Must be able to attend a 2-week training

Compensation Packet:

Pay: $17/Hr. EMT - $18/Hr. EMT w/Phlebotomy Certification

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements above to apply. Individuals who receive an offer of employment from OSHS will be required to undergo drug screening and a criminal background check. OSHS offers of employment are contingent upon the successful outcome of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
