JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

• Creating invoices
• Accurate and reliable handling of client accounts
• Work with A/R department to facilitate difficult collections
• Troubleshooting invoice issues
• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

 IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:

• Organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in verbal and written communication styles
• Able to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Possess team-oriented attitude

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some experience as an Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of office equipment (phone, printers, fax)
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• $16/hour (Full-Time position)
