    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, Call Taking Agents will receive and process in-coming calls from On-Site Health & Safety customers, vendors, and staff from other departments.

    Job Skills & Requirements:

    · Communications Skills: Call Taking Agents will communicate with On-Site Health & Safety customers, vendors, and OSHS staff over the phone and e-mail. He/she must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. He/ she must be able to efficient answer/ address customer questions, concerns, and comments.

    · Listening Skills: Call Taking Agents will listen intently to gather all information required to complete a Service Request in-take call or take a message for departmental staff.

    · Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite: Call Taking Agents will have working knowledge of both Microsoft Office and Google Suite. He/she will at minimum type 35 wpm.Duties & Responsibilities:

    · Promptly answers phones and collects information for service calls

    · Enter information into On-Site Health & Safety’s Dispatch Update Form

    · Operates a multi-line phone system

    · Asks vital questions to interpret the customer’s needs.

    · Creates and maintains accurate DUV3 entries

    · Maintain familiarity with OSHS’s service areas

    · Efficiently address customer questions, concerns, and comments.

    Ideal Candidates Must Demonstrate:

    Professional phone etiquette, active listener, and possess strong communication skills.

    A positive attitude and be team oriented.

    The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

    The ability to be detail-oriented and accurate.

    Professional demeanor with clients.

    The ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

    The ability to quickly learn new computer systems.

    The ability to read maps and work with GPS systems

    The ability to type at least 35 WPM.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma/ GED required.

    Must be 18 years or older.

    Working knowledge of office equipment: Phones, printers, and fax.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & Google Doc.

    Must be punctual, dependable, and professional.

    Must be comfortable participating in a drug screen.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    PT Position (20hrs/week)

    $16/HR

    On-the-job Training
