With operations in 13 states and counting and a sharp rise in COVID-related service requests, we have AN IMMEDIATE OPENING for a new, part-time IT Specialist. Though the position is 90% remote, there will be some need for in-person work at our Glendale, Arizona office to assist our IT Manager. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to design, support, maintain, and evaluates systems; including the ability to create and design low-code platforms, custom software, and scripts among other assigned duties. This is a permanent, part-time position and is remote with some need for in-person work. This position reports directly to the On-Site Health & Safety IT Manager.

    Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data management systems.

    Assist in the design, and implementation of digital forms and fillables.

    Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

    Provide end-user support, and troubleshoot account, hardware, and software issues.

    Create, and manage user accounts on a company level.

    Update and maintain digital resources on 3rd party platforms.

    Preferred Skills & Abilities Include:

    General knowledge of Zendesk or other help desk related software.

    General knowledge of Google Suite (Business, or Enterprise).

    General knowledge of Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure.

    Experience with either C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.

    Experience with Linux, and Windows based operating systems.

    Experience with BASH Scripting.

    Excellent writing/documentation, communication, analysis and organizational skills.

    Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.

    Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Personable, professional demeanor

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associates in Science (AS), Associates of Applied Science (AAS) or higher in either Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or another related field.

    Compensation:

    PT Position Available

    $18/hr

    Shift Days/Hours: Monday-Friday (20hrs)

    Paid Training

    Must be able/willing to start ASAP
