    Our Ideal Candidate Must Be:

    Outgoing and personable

    Able to follow verbal and written instructions

    Organized and detail-oriented

    Comfortable and experienced with business phone systems

    Focused on providing exceptional customer service

    Proficient in verbal and written communication skills

    Able to write in acceptable business format

    Responsibilities Include:

    Maintain customer files in data base

    Set up new customers in data base

    Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

    Answer a high volume of service questions

    Answer high volume of calls

    Ensure calls for account set up are processed within the framework of defined protocols, policies, and procedures

    Writing and maintaining up-to-date company protocols

    Answer pricing questions and write quotes

    Aid in various sales campaigns; including mailers, phone calls, etc.

    Address and resolve customer concerns

    Assist account representatives when needed

    Basic Qualifications:

    Education:

    Minimum 1 year higher education

    Computer literate

    Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook

    Customer Service Experience

    A plus...but not required:

    Some College

    Courses in: Communication, Customer Service, Business, Computers and/or Organizational Skills

    Bilingual (English and Spanish)

    Physical demands:

    Primarily remains in a stationary position (sitting for extended periods of time)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    FT Position

    $16/HR
