Compensation & Benefits:
Part-Time (20-30hrs/week)
$15.00/hr
Candidate may also live in Sparta, Waterloo, & Columbia
On-the-job training
Ideal Candidate:
Super organized and able to work independently with minimal oversight
Proficient in Google-Suite (or willing to jump in and learn)
Possess basic vehicle knowledge
Has a good driving record (no DUIs in the last five years) as you will occasionally drive the company vehicles to and from maintenance, cleaning, or dropping off to a manager or new-hire
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Preparing companyvehicles for new-hires
Ensuring vehicles are clean and in good repair prior to putting in lot or re-issuing to an employee
Assisting with DMV runs
Inventory tracking and report writing
Assist with equipment tracking and calibrations
General tidiness of work areas and supply rooms
Getting new-hires set up with equipment and supplies
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be 21 years or older
Must have been driving in the last 3 years
Must have a clean DMV record to include NO DUIs within the last 5 years.
Work out of our Red Bud, IL office (Not a remote position)
High School diploma or GED
Excellent ability to multi-task
Excellent ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous logistics experience a plus
About this position:In this position, you are responsible for the coordination, shipment, and distribution of various medical supplies to our own employees both in your area, and across the multiple states/regions we serve . You will keep track of various supplies and ensure that they are delivered to the exact location of the delivery in a timely manner. A logistics associate is expected to receive and inspect incoming and outgoing supplies and equipment, prepare shipping documents, and perform additional duties, as needed. You will also occasionally have to answer calls from managers and address their inventory issues. You will take inventories of incoming and outgoing goods and verify quantities and delivery locations before preparing them for shipment. In addition, our logistics department is responsible for cleaning, stocking, and delivering company vehicles to our mobile injury department technicians...as well as occasionally taking them in for service and/or cleaning.
