We have AN IMMEDIATE OPENING for a new Assistant Logistics Coordinator in the Anaheim, California area. As a key part of the logistics team, it is the your responsibility to assist your departmental staff in meeting the logistics needs (both fleet vehicles and inventory) for On-Site Health & Safety. Main duties include the organization, management, ordering, tracking, and restocking of first-aid supplies for our mobile injury technician.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing vehicles for new-hires
Ensuring vehicles are clean and in good repair prior to putting in lot or re-issuing to an employee
Assisting with DMV runs
Inventory tracking and report writing
Assist with equipment tracking and calibrations
General tidiness of work areas and supply rooms
Getting new-hires set up with equipment and supplies
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be 21 years or older
Must have been driving in the last 3 years
Must have a clean DMV record, to include NO DUIs within the last 5 years
High School diploma or GED
Must be comfortable taking a pre-employment drug screen
Excellent ability to multi-task
Excellent ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft office (Primarily excel and word), and windows computer platform
Previous logistics experience a plus...but not necessary

Shift Hours: Monday-Friday (6:00am-2:30pm)
