On-Site Health and Safety is Hiring Mobile Phlebotomists to enhance our Field Technician team. We are hiring multiple positions to cover the greater Santa Barbara area and our preference is the candidate live in the area.
On-Site Health & Safety is an established 23-year company and a 24-hour provider of essential health and safety services. On-Site Field Technicians are dispatched in a fully equipped vehicle to provide the necessary services requested by our clients. (See list of services below).

Take your career with On-Site farther and we will provide on-the-job training to treat first aid injuries such as lacerations, burns, sprains, and other injuries among other hands-on experiences.
We provide all our Mobile Phlebotomists a company vehicle.
Our unique opportunity begins with a Paid Training Program that will prepare you to work in the field.
You will serve our clients by providing the following services:
Blood draw
Drug & Alcohol Screening
Pulmonary Function Testing and Training
Audiometry
Wellness screening
Full Time Positions – 40 Hours work week – Monday thru Friday
Flexible hours
5 – 8 hours shifts or 4 – 10 hours shifts available
Start times can be between 6AM and 10AM
Desired Qualifications for Phlebotomists:
Must demonstrate the following characteristics: Responsible, reliable, punctual, accurate, personable, customer-service focused, task-oriented
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a Phlebotomy certification (CPT1)
Must be 21 years or older
Must have a recent 3 years driving experience
Must have a clean DMV record – no DUIs in the last 5 years
Must be comfortable participating in a pre-employment drug screen
Must be comfortable participating in a background check

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements above to apply. Individuals who receive an offer of employment from OSHS will be required to undergo drug screening and a criminal background check.
