    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Review and monitor assigned accounts to ensure timely payments.

    Communicate with delinquent customers while providing excellent customer service.

    Update account status records and report on collection activity.

    Accurately update customer records with approved terms and credit limits.

    Work cross-functionally to address and/or resolve issues relating to outstanding invoices, customer complaints, and credit issues.

    Assist with monthly AR reconciliation, close, and reporting.

    Actively participate in AR-related projects.

    Position Requirements:

    Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

    Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision.

    Be knowledgeable of basic collections and accounting principles.

    Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve customer invoice issues.

    Education Requirements:

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Some college a plus

    Experience Requirements:

    Must have B2B collections experience.

    Must have QuickBooks experience.

    Experience interacting with a large customer base.

    Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.

    Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

    Compensation Package:

    $16/hour (Full-Time position)*
