    About The Position: Our Administrative Processors are the backbone of the company, ensuring that all data is handled in a professional manner. Processors routinely work with sensitive data that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols. Processors will work closely with all departments on a variety of daily tasks and one-time projects.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Receive, collate, and prepare paperwork to send to clients

    • Communicate with Field Technicians and Customers in a friendly and professional manner

    • Work with labs and Medical Review Officers to obtain and document results

    • Audit and correct errors in paperwork

    • Work with other departments to make sure all client needs are met

    Position Requirements:

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

    • Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision

    • Be knowledgeable of basic collections and accounting principles

    • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve customer invoice issues

    Education Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Some college a plus

    Experience Requirements:

    • Experience interacting with a large customer base

    • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills

    • Must be proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, etc.

    • Familiarity with Docuware is a plus

    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

    Compensation Package*:

    • $16 Hour (Monday-Friday: No evenings/No weekends)

    • Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time to fill the position

    • Paid Training• Medical Benefits, 401K, Vacation (Full-Time only)
