Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Creating invoices

Accurate and reliable handling of client accounts

Work with A/R department to facilitate difficult collections

Troubleshooting invoice issues

Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

Organized and detail oriented

Proficient in verbal and written communication styles

Able to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner

Possess team-oriented attitude

Minimum Qualifications:

Some experience as an Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable

High School Diploma/GED required

Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Knowledge of office equipment (phone, printers, fax)

Must be punctual, dependable, and professional

Compensation Package:

$16/hour (Full-Time position)
