About VizzaLights

VizzaLights is a growing permanent exterior lighting company specializing in professionally installed architectural lighting systems for residential and commercial properties.

We're building a company known for exceptional installations, innovative products, and an outstanding customer experience — and we're looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) to help us deliver on that promise.

The Position

The CPM is the face of VizzaLights at the customer's home and an important link between our sales and installation teams.

Once a customer is ready to move forward, you'll visit the property to confirm the project details, survey and measure the home, color-match the soffit and exterior, document the installation requirements, answer final questions, and ensure everything is ready for our installation crew.

This position is a unique combination of sales, customer service, field assessment, and project management.

We're looking for someone who can walk onto a customer's property, quickly establish trust, pay close attention to the technical details, and confidently help move the project across the finish line.

What You'll Do

Meet with customers at their homes and provide a professional VizzaLights experience

Walk customers through the lighting system and available options when needed

Confirm project scope and ensure the customer understands their installation

Color-match soffits and exterior finishes so lighting tracks blend cleanly with the home

Measure and survey properties accurately using Nearmap and on-site measurement tools

Photograph and document installation areas for the installation team

Enter complete job details into company software so crews arrive prepared

Identify potential installation challenges before installation day

Answer final customer questions and overcome concerns

Confirm scope, installation details, scheduling, and payment requirements

Coordinate a clean handoff from sales to installation

Help ensure every project is accurate before the crew arrives

What We're Looking For

Sales experience, preferably in-home, direct-to-consumer, or home-service sales

Confident discussing pricing, answering objections, and closing business

Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills

Strong attention to detail — measurements and job notes need to be right the first time

Comfortable using apps, smartphones, photographs, CRM/project-management systems, and measurement technology

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently in the field

Professional appearance and communication

Dependable and accountable

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily customer visits

Experience We'd Love to See

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Permanent or architectural lighting

Home improvement

Roofing

Solar

Construction

Exterior remodeling

Landscaping

Security or smart-home systems

In-home sales

Field estimating

Project management

Industry experience is helpful, but strong sales ability, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to learn are more important.

Who Will Succeed at VizzaLights?

You'll probably love this position if you're someone who can be both a salesperson and a problem solver.

You enjoy meeting homeowners and building relationships, but you're equally comfortable pulling out a measuring tool, documenting a property, working in an app, and making sure the details are correct.

You understand that the installation crew can only be as prepared as the information they're given.

And when a customer has one last concern before moving forward, you're comfortable answering the question and asking for the business.
