Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of the property for maintenance issues and address them promptly Perform drywall patching and repairs Light demolition, carpet removal, trash removal Replace lighting and perform minor electrical work Painting and Caulking Investigate and identify plumbing leaks Door and hardware repairs Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with property managers to fulfill work order requests Qualifications: Must have a valid DL and a clean driving record Knowledge of Home Maintenance Maintenance Experience US Work Authorization Strong communication skills Benefits Included: Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Days Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
