Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic On Site Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of a residential condominium association. As the Property Manager, your goals would be to successfully manage all property operations, including board directives, homeowner matters and vendor relations. Responsibilities

Residential on-site or portfolio property management experience required

Self-motivated, well-organized, multitasker

Excellent communication and project management skills

Manages all property operations, including Board directives, homeowner matters and vendor relations.

Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word; adapts easily to other software programs.

Qualifications

Proven working experience in property management

State of Illinois Community Association Manager license required

Experience with property management software preferred
