We’re a privately owned property group with a portfolio across the United States. We’re looking for a hands-on Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our residential communities.

This role is equal parts office management and outdoor operations, ideal for someone who enjoys both resident relations and landscaping/maintenance leadership. You'll live onsite in a private home (included) and oversee a small team to ensure the property runs smoothly, looks great, and feels like home to our residents.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all daily operations: rent collection, billing, tenant applications, inspections, and utility tracking

Handle move-ins and move-outs with professionalism and consistency

Enforce community rules fairly and promptly through regular inspections

Supervise landscaping, irrigation, and routine groundskeeping

Respond to maintenance issues, including sewer backups and basic repairs

Coordinate with vendors and lead a small team for project execution

Maintain compliance with housing standards and safety regulations

Balance your time between office admin and hands-on property oversight

Report directly to ownership with weekly updates

Who You Are:

Experienced in residential or mobile home property management (preferred)

Comfortable with basic maintenance: landscaping, irrigation, plumbing triage

Skilled at leading people, resolving conflicts, and enforcing rules

Able to balance professionalism with approachability in a resident-facing role

Tech-savvy with tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and property software

Organized, self-motivated, and calm under pressure

Reliable transportation required

Willing to live onsite full-time in company-provided housing

Available for after-hours emergency calls (rotational or as needed)

Compensation & Benefits:

Based on experience

Free onsite housing included

Tuesday - Saturday schedule (Sunday & Monday off)

On-call and occasional overtime required
