About the Role:

Apple Management Inc is looking for a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of our community, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained, welcoming place to call home. Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community

Manage tenant relations including lease signings, renewals, and addressing resident concerns promptly

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and curb appeal are upheld

Coordinate and supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services

Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and process payments accurately

Enforce community rules, lease policies, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations

Market vacant units, screen prospective tenant showings and screenings

Requirements:

Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a related real estate field

Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills

Must be willing to live on-site as required by the position and be available for after-hours emergencies as needed

Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
