Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and professional On-Site Security Officers to support a high-traffic hospitality and entertainment environment in Reno, NV. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property.

The ideal candidate is observant, calm under pressure, and committed to providing excellent customer service while enforcing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor property to ensure safety and security of guests and staff
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas (interior and exterior)
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Enforce property rules, policies, and safety procedures
• Control access points and verify credentials when required
• Write detailed incident and activity reports
• Provide customer service and directions to guests when needed
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services if necessary

Qualifications

• Previous security or related experience preferred
• Valid guard card (if required by Nevada regulations) preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
