We are hiring an experienced On-Site Staffing & Warehouse Support Specialist
Position Summary
The On-Site Staffing & Warehouse Support Specialist provides on-site support to employees and hiring teams by assisting with candidate outreach, basic recruiting steps, warehouse check-ins, and administrative tasks. This role helps employees and new hires navigate site processes, supports applicant flow, and ensures a positive experience from candidate engagement through on-site onboarding.
While primarily a mid -day shift position, flexibility to support occasional 3rd-shift needs is required.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Support
- Assist with sourcing candidates for warehouse and support roles through job boards, local outreach, and referral engagement
- Conduct applicant pre-screens and schedule interviews
- Support onboarding tasks such as collecting documents, coordinating start dates, and assisting with new-hire check-in
- Communicate candidate updates to recruiters, leads, and site supervisors
- Maintain simple recruiting trackers, contact lists, or interview logs
Employee & Site Support
- Coordinate employee badge pickup and distribution
- Greet employees, provide directions, assist with check-ins, and answer general questions
- Meet employees in person at designated site locations when needed
- Help with basic administrative tasks such as logging information, updating lists, or processing simple forms
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming support area for warehouse and office staff
- Provide occasional on-site support during 3rd shift when required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees and candidates at all levels
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Ability to travel locally to nearby sites
- Flexibility to adjust schedule for occasional 3rd-shift support
- Customer service, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
