On The Go Hosiery is a leading National brand of Women’s and Men’s Athletic Socks, and related Hosiery products. We are looking for an experienced Route Sales Professional - to cover our Retail accounts in the Salt Lake City, UT region. This is a high profile region and we are looking for the best!

The individual will work primarily with existing customers to improve their sales revenue with our company branded products. Some of the duties of this position include driving a late model company van (with AC!), meeting with store decision makers, ordering product, confirming product with store receiving, and merchandising product and displays. We provide a competitive salary, commissions, healthcare, 401k, paid vacation, paid company Holidays and a late model company van (with AC!).

The individual will be responsible for organizing, straightening and replenishing products via DSD, merchandising products according to provided plan-o-grams, soliciting new and expanded space, following a schedule and being flexible with schedule changes, reviewing sales data to determine sales opportunities, and interacting with the public and customer management in a professional manner. No uniform, weekends or commercial driver’s license is required!

The individual must:

· be able to use a handheld computerized order and invoicing system

· lift and carry products weighing over 30 lbs

· have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· be computer literate with internet access,

· Excel Knowledge is preferred but not required

· be willing to consent to a background check and Drug Screening

· have a clean driving record

· have at least 3 years of prior DSD experience

· 30% overnight travel required.

Salary: $54,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
