    On Time Talent Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer who will support manufacturing and quality operations by driving and managing significant technical changes to media products and manufacturing processes. Successful applicants will have significant exposure to systems integration and workflow development on complex life science instrumentation.

    PRODUCT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, execute, and lead complex engineering assignments that involve product design

    • Lead projects/programs of moderate to high complexity associated with component(s) qualification, quality improvement and cost improvement projects

    • Leverage engineering knowledge in conducting complaint evaluations and CAPA investigations to understand potential device failures

    • Develop and implement processes for component qualification that are aligned with stated quality requirements, regulations and guidelines

    • Serve as a point of contact for released workflows/products, create/maintain product documentation/literature, and drive performance

    PRODUCT ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree

    • 3+ years of experience in an NPI, quality control, product improvement, or similar role

    • Proficiency in executing Design of Experiments (DOE’s), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), etc.

    • Experience in Product Engineer functions in regulated or controlled environments

    • Medical device experience is desired
