About the Role:

Join Sunburst Trading Co as an On Call Handy Man in North Woodstock, NH! This exciting position offers flexibility and the opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties.

Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Must be competent in repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and wood working.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Communicate effectively with management to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Document completed work and maintain accurate records of services performed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair various issues effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

Flexible availability for on-call work and emergency repairs.
