We are hiring a responsible and organized On-Site Staffing Coordinator to support our staffing operations at a warehouse in Port Wentworth, GA.

Pay: $18–$19/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Part-Time

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and verify daily employee attendance.

Track clock-ins/outs, absences, leave requests, and tardiness.

Provide on-site support to our employees.

Communicate and coordinate with Warehouse Management and HR.

Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding.

Conduct regular warehouse walk-throughs to monitor employee performance and compliance.

Communicate policies, procedures, and important announcements to employees.

Assist employees with questions regarding schedules, positions, and payroll.

Maintain accurate attendance records and reports

Prepare and send attendance and operational reports to Human Resources and our Administration team.

Requirements:

Bilingual: English(intermediate) and Spanish.

Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Previous experience in staffing, HR, administration, or warehouse operations is preferred.
