Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled OnBase Consultant with deep expertise in workflow design, administration, and database scripting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing, customizing, and supporting Hyland’s OnBase platform at an enterprise level. This role will focus on developing automated business processes, maintaining system health, and advising stakeholders on best practices for leveraging OnBase.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer OnBase workflows (including Unity Forms, eForms, and WorkView solutions).
• Modify and maintain SQL database scripts to support reporting, integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Perform system administration tasks, including security management, upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into OnBase solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance on best practices for content management and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, integration, and performance issues.
• Document solutions, workflows, and configurations for technical teams and end users.
• Mentor junior administrators or developers as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Code/modify SQL scripts to query the OnBase database
• Code/modify VB scripts(C#), batch files and/or PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
• Code/modify Unity Scripts and/or Unity Libraries to perform OnBase actions programmatically
• Develop/Update Workflows
• Develop Windows Services
• Develop Integrations to other enterprise system
• HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Understanding of HL7 Standards (Preferred)
