Configuration Management Engineer:

• 5+ years of overall experience in Configuration Management of enterprise level web applications in the professional IT/Software Development services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or relevant experience required.
• Although not required, DevOps and/or Cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and evolve Configuration Management processes and procedures.
• Define, configure, and evolve project activity tracking, version control and build/deployment tools.
• Work with development teams to define and implement buildable/deployable component configurations.
• Manage the project source code/database code repository, including code merge and quality checks.
• Perform all continuous integration builds and deployments, and automated deployment management.
• Define, implement, and evolve inhouse repository, build and/or release automation components as needed (using languages such as Powershell, SQL, etc.).

Skills Required (4 years, minimum):

• Azure DevOps/TFS
  • Work Item Administration
  • Build pipeline creation, maintenance.
  • Release definition creation, maintenance
  • Automation of build, release workflows
• Git (preferred), TFVC
• Hands on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
• Programming languages
  • .Net with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
  • PowerShell (preferred), or other languages such as Groovy or Python
• Knowledge of SQL databases
