OnCore Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced Consultant to join our team. This role is for a full-time employee, or we will consider a contractor with the experience, skills and focus on customer delivery we do as a company. Responsibilities :

• Conduct requirement gathering
• Creating requirement traceability matrix
• Develop and execute test scripts
• Facilitate JAD sessions
• Conduct As-Is, To-Be and Gap analysis

Mandatory Qualifications :

Four (4) years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated responsibility for conducting requirements gathering and documenting sessions, developing and executing testing protocols (including building test data files) and developing file layout specifications.

• Two (2) years of experience participating in or conducting JAD sessions
• Willing to be at the client site (Sacramento) two days a week
• Should have experience with DWH design standards and experience developing artifacts such as ( DWH schemas , DWH data dictionaries, and ETL design ).
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in each of the following:

1. Traceability Matrix Documentation
2. Use Case Diagrams
3. GAP Analysis Documentation
4. Writing Test Cases
5. Business Requirements Documentation

Desired qualifications :

• Ability to work & closely collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Public sector experience is a huge plus.
• Possession of Bachelor's Degree.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude, along with being able to research policy documentation to infer potential requirements.
