Work for an "Essential Business" in a Recession Proof Industry!

WE ARE HIRING Sales Associates. Due to recent storms, thousands of Property Owners are in need of our help restoring their properties. This work is paid for by the insurance companies making it a great career opportunity in a recession proof industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Meet with homeowners/ to examine damage on property 

• Assist homeowners with the insurance claim process 

• Meet and exceed weekly sales budgets

• Manage the build process

• Ensure the proper use of company Customer Relationship Management system 

• Participate in weekly sales meetings 

• Participate in all necessary sales training - we provide online virtual training through SVG U for 1 week then field training

• Door to Door Sales

• Ensure that all jobs are being collected on within a net 30 period 

• Complete contract signings 

• Complete final roof walks and customer follow up

• Work closely with production managers, crews and office staff to the success of every job

• Display and maintain professionalism at all times

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel to appointment 

• Previous construction experience (A PLUS)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment

• Computer skills are essential 

• Strong communication/writing skills

• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities 

• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
