You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities: Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Ensure any appointments, such as inspections and closings, are scheduled and confirmed with all parties • Gather all necessary paperwork for the broker's file compliance • Draft Texas Real Estate contract documents as needed • Enter listings into MLS and keep it updated with price changes, open houses, etc as needed • Keep track of contract timelines and update parties throughout the transactions • Manage a high volume of transactions at any given time Qualifications: Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills Passionate about providing excellent customer service High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Must have Texas Real Estate Contract Knowledge Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
