    Job Description

    BODY: WE ARE SEEKING A REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR REMOTE MEDICAL CALL CENTER.

    • We’re ON-SITE TM: a virtual, HIPAA and TCPA compliant medical call center where our associates work from home. We call the patients of doctors to explain the doctor’s new service or product and see which patients are interested in attending a webinar, seminar or coming in for an appointment to speak with their doctor. We provide excellent customer service, address patient concerns, register patient's for webinars and generate appointments.
    • We are looking for someone 15 to 25 hours per week.
    • Our phone system is VOIP based meaning it works off your computer through a USB headset. Our representatives access the HIPAA compliant patient records through a cloud based system. If you work for us your computer must have high speed internet access that is NOT Satellite.
    • Shifts are Monday-Thursday evenings from 5:00PM to 8:00PM in the time zone we are calling. Since we call nationwide, shifts can be from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, 6:00PM to 9:00PM and sometimes even 7:00PM to 10:00PM. In addition, we offer daytime shift options from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the time zone we are working. However, this does not replace our evening shifts which are REQUIRED, at least 8 hours a week, for obtaining the position. When we have work on Sundays, we offer that as well. As you can see, the schedule is flexible!
    • The pay is $11 to $15 per hour and is based on an hourly rate, plus bonuses.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High speed internet (not satellite)
    • Windows 8 or higher
    • Hardwiring or Ethernet set-up
    • USB headset, prefer noise cancelling
    • At least 6 months of call center experience for customer service, collections or telephone sales however the right type of inbound calls will also be considered. Absolutely must have this experience!
    • Bilingual in Spanish is paid a higher hourly rate
