    About The Company

Built In One is a revolutionary technology startup on a mission to unify, simplify, and build the future of the gig economy. We are disrupting the traditional industry by creating a seamless, app-based marketplace that connects customers with reliable, on-demand gig worker professionals. We are fast-paced, data-driven, and people-first.

    About The Team

The Operations & Supply Management team is the engine room of Built In One. We ensure that whenever a customer taps "Book," there is a qualified, vetted, and motivated Built In One gig worker ready to help. We are aggressive problem solvers who balance supply and demand metrics to keep the marketplace healthy and growing.

    About the Role

As an Onboarding & Engagement Analyst, you are the gatekeeper of quality and the champion of our gig workforce. Your role is twofold: ensuring every professional on our platform meets our strict safety and identity standards (Vetting/Onboarding), and ensuring those professionals remain active, earning, and happy (Engagement/Retention). You are the primary point of contact for workers as they transition from "Applicant" to "Active Pro."

    What You'll Do

    • End-to-End Vetting: meticulous review of applicant documents including ID verification, and eligibility requirements. You will manage the processing of in-house background checks and handle sensitive communications regarding approval or denial.
    • App Training & Education: Conduct virtual onboarding sessions or guide workers through self-paced modules to ensure they are proficient in using the Built In One app (accepting jobs, GPS navigation, payment setup).
    • Safety & Standards Compliance: Educate gig workers on safety handling procedures (e.g., fundamentals of the usage of cleaning agents, pet handling) and our high Customer Care standards to minimize customer complaint and ensure 5-star service.
    • Retention & Community Building: Implement engagement programs to reduce churn. This includes monitoring gig worker activity levels, ensuring adequate job pairings for active gig workers, and gathering feedback to improve the gig worker experience.
    • Issue Resolution: Serve as the support tier for gig worker-related operational issues, helping troubleshoot payout problems or app access issues to keep them on the road.

    Basic Qualifications (What You'll Need)

    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Onboarding, Compliance, preferably in startup setting.
    • Attention to Detail: You have a hawk eye for documentation. You can spot inconsistencies in IDs or background reports and understand the importance of strict compliance.
    • Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal English skills. You must be able to explain complex app functions simply and deliver training content engagingly.
    • Empathy & Patience: You understand the challenges of gig work. You can de-escalate frustrated workers and coach them toward success.
    • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating admin dashboards, CRM tools, and verification software.
    • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work US business hours (Graveyard Shift in PH) to support US-based workers in real-time.

    Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points If)

    • Gig Economy Background: Experience working with platforms like Uber, Grab, TaskRabbit, or similar on-demand services.
    • Training Experience: Previous experience creating training materials, SOPs, or conducting webinars/training sessions.
    • Data-Driven: Ability to look at retention numbers and suggest specific initiatives to improve worker loyalty.

    Why Join Us?

    • Build the Future: You aren't just processing papers; you are building the workforce that powers our platform.
    • Autonomy: We trust our analysts to identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and fix them.
    • Career Growth: As our supply pool grows, so does the need for leadership within the Operations team.
