Lark Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Partner to join our HR team and help shape a world-class onboarding experience. In this role, you’ll ensure that new team members across all properties receive the tools, information, and support they need to thrive from day one. You’ll be a key player in fostering engagement, promoting our company culture, and contributing to high team member retention across the organization. Website: https://www.larkhospitality.com/ Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires across multiple properties/locations using the UKG HRIS system. • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and new team members throughout the onboarding journey. • Assign, monitor, and track onboarding documentation to ensure timely completion before the new hire's first day. • Enter and maintain accurate team member data in UKG, ensuring all required files are up to date. • Review and update onboarding materials annually (every January) to comply with state and federal regulations. • Facilitate system training in UKG for General Managers (GMs) and Assistant General Managers (AGMs); provide training timelines and materials as needed. • Communicate with operational leaders to ensure the timely submission of required onboarding documentation and compliance. • Coordinate with IT, facilities, and hiring managers to ensure all necessary equipment, system access, and tools are in place for new hires. • Schedule and track the delivery of pay cards prior to property openings. • Monitor onboarding progress , gather feedback, and continuously improve the onboarding process. • Support compliance tasks including I-9 processing, background checks, UKG training, and pre-employment requirements. • Audit I-9 documentation and correct discrepancies as needed. • Promote a positive team member experience , reinforcing a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement. • Track and report onboarding metrics , identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for process enhancements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or a related function. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Proficient in UKG Onboarding and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). • Passionate about delivering a best-in-class team member experience and training. • Familiarity with employment laws, HR compliance, and onboarding best practices. • Experience in a multi-site or remote work environment, ideally within the hospitality industry. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
