Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay: $20.25 - $24.25 hourly • Bonus structure after 6 months • Health Insurance Reimbursement + 401(k) • Paid vacation, holiday & sick leave • Clear growth path and leadership exposure • Investment opportunities after 1 year Responsibilities: • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication • Lead technology training for real estate agents, ensuring confident adoption of company tools, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and productivity software. • Oversee agent onboarding and membership processes, including account setup, system access, compliance documentation, and ongoing support. • Develop and maintain streamlined operational systems and workflows that improve efficiency, organization, and team productivity. • Provide responsive, solution-oriented technical and administrative support, delivering a high-touch, client-service experience to agents and staff. • Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and growth opportunities, with the ability to take on expanded responsibilities as the organization scales. Qualifications: • 1–2+ years of office or customer service experience. • Passionate about helping people and solving problems. • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace & Microsoft Office experience a plus). • Thorough organizational skills and follow-through. • Works well in a fast-paced, team-first environment. • Brings positive energy and a “let’s figure it out” mindset. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
