    Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others succeed? We’re looking for an Agent Success Manager to support our real estate agents and leadership team. In this role, you’ll ensure agents are fully equipped with the tools, systems, and training they need to perform at a high level. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position where you’ll manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and serve as a key resource for both new and experienced agents. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance • Growth opportunities within a performance-driven environment Responsibilities: Agent Onboarding & Support • Facilitate new agent onboarding and orientation • Ensure agents are fully set up in systems, tools, and platforms • Maintain accurate agent records and internal databases • Serve as a primary point of contact for agent support Training & Development • Coordinate and support training programs and office meetings • Assist agents in utilizing tools and resources to grow their business • Support internal communication systems and manage the intranet Technology & Operations • Oversee office technology and communication platforms • Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, and daily operations • Troubleshoot system and tech issues efficiently • Maintain smooth day-to-day operational workflows Leadership Support • Provide direct support to the Director of Sales and Broker • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities • Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through • Deliver high-level service to agents and leadership Qualifications: • Real estate experience preferred • Familiarity with brokerage systems, MLS, and CRM tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively • Professional, service-oriented, and proactive mindset • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Comfortable managing technology, systems, and vendors • Strong training and facilitation skills • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment Who You Are • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems • A strong communicator with a positive, approachable presence • Proactive and solutions-driven • Able to stay calm under pressure and keep things moving Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000
