Job Description

We are seeking a Bookseller/Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers, daily retail operations, sorting and shelving books.  We are considering both full-time and part-time candidates.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Shelve books in their respective departments
• Cash register duties
• Sorting, pricing and organizing book categories

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• General book knowledge and a desire to learn more

Training will be provided. This position will take place at our Tontitown store. Our retail hours are 8am-6pm Monday through Saturday and 12-5pm on Sundays.  Must be able to work at a fast and steady pace.

We are an online and brick-and-mortar bookstore with a large book warehouse that has been in business for over 23 years.
