    Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care in both our Richmond Hill and Brooklyn locations, collaborating with a seasoned multidisciplinary team.

    Responsibilities

    Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with oncologic and hematologic disorders.

    Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients and care teams.

    Administer and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other specialized treatments.

    Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory, imaging, and pathology results.

    Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, prognosis, and treatment options.

    Actively participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumor boards.

    Collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

    Participate in research, quality improvement, and educational initiatives as appropriate.

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

    Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations.

    Qualifications

    Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

    Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology.

    Active and unrestricted NY State Medical License (or eligibility).

    Completion of an accredited fellowship in Medical Oncology & Hematology.

    Proven track record of clinical excellence in outpatient and inpatient settings.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and evidence-based practice.

    Additional languages highly preferred, especially Haitian Creole.
