About the POSITION:
A well-established, community-focused regional healthcare system in Sterling, Illinois is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Oncology team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established specialty practice with a strong patient base, experienced providers, and the resources of a comprehensive regional health system.

Position Highlights
- Join an established Oncology team of 2 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Additional provider being added due to continued practice growth
- Busy, established practice with a strong patient base
- Oncology experience preferred
- Previous NP or PA experience preferred
- Chemotherapy-certified nursing experience is a plus
- Willing to train the right candidate
- Collaborative environment with experienced physicians and clinical support
