    About the POSITION:

    A well-established, community-focused regional healthcare system in Sterling, Illinois is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Oncology team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established specialty practice with a strong patient base, experienced providers, and the resources of a comprehensive regional health system.

    The organization has a long-standing presence in northwestern Illinois and provides a broad range of primary, specialty, diagnostic, surgical, and hospital-based services to communities throughout the Sauk Valley. The health system is known for keeping high-quality specialty care accessible locally, allowing patients to receive comprehensive treatment close to home.

    Position Highlights

    • Join an established Oncology team of 2 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
    • Additional provider being added due to continued practice growth
    • Busy, established practice with a strong patient base
    • Oncology experience preferred
    • Previous NP or PA experience preferred
    • Chemotherapy-certified nursing experience is a plus
    • Willing to train the right candidate
    • Collaborative environment with experienced physicians and clinical support
