We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Financial Controller to join our team. As a Junior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Duties

- Manage all aspects of finance and accounting operations, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, financial risk management, and development of internal control policies and procedures.

- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points. Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.

- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.

- Assist in the development and support of short- and long-term operational strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field with three or more years of experience as an accounting or finance manager.

- CPA

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
