    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the acquisition of new accounts and campaigns for the company
    • Responsible for sales productivity, analytics, forecasting, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions
    • Manages a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets daily sales performance metrics
    • Motivates and drives performance of the Sales Team and ensures that every business is conducted with integrity at all times
    • Analyzes performance metrics data and leverages it to effectively develop and evaluate sales strategy
    • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
    • Regularly reports on the sales pipeline and forecasts to the President and management team
    • Responsible for ensuring that all problems within Sales-support are solved and documented
    • Coordinates with sales managers/suppliers for any concerns
    • Monitors production and productivity of the Sales-support people
    • Takes escalated calls and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Other duties may be assigned

     

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    This position requires an innovative, results-driven and highly motivated individual with great leadership skills.  The best prospect is likely to be for individual with bachelor’s degree in business or management and relevant certification. In addition, the preferred candidate must be/have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, related discipline or equivalent work experience
    • At least 3 years of supervisory experience for Outbound Sales account--preferably with previous outsourcing experience
    • Excellent communication and motivational skills  to effectively communicate to various audiences(internal and external clients and executive management)
    • Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows
    • Problem solving ability and detail-orientation
    • Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills
    • Basic knowledge and experience in finance (budgeting) desired
    • General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience
    • Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
    • Ability to organize staff and supervise workload for maximum efficiency
    • Ability to effectively utilize CRM and other tools to monitor performance and effectiveness of lead generation
