ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads efforts to stabilize and continuously improve operations
- Directs all aspects of customer service programs, policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Responsible for the financial and operational success of the assigned team
- Drives efficiency and quality resulting in superior client satisfaction
- Grows leaders in client services and scale the business through excellent performance management
- Formulates the strategy for evolving the team over time as the business needs of our clients change and as the company grows
- Identifies opportunities related to platform technology, data, and media inventory sources and pursue opportunities for value creation on behalf of clients.
- Responsible for the growth of current and prospective accounts, ensuring the right team is in place for each client
- Partners with teams across One Contact Center, including Global Solutions, Global Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering on both internal and external initiatives
- Schedules and participates in agency-sponsored client pitches and insight sessions
- Oversees training, mentoring, and development of direct reports
- Inspires the service team to always put the client first and will drive results
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
This position requires an innovative, results-driven and highly motivated professional with prior consulting experience—having a minimum of 10 years of account management and enterprise sales experience. In addition, the preferred candidate must be/have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus) or equivalent work experience-- preferably in marketing, advertising, or human sciences
- 10+ years in digital media or account planning, with special emphasis on planning and creating insights related to consumer segments
- 5+ years with increasing responsibility within an agency or media company
- 5+ years of people managing experience, managing 10+ reports in an account management/client services team
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media or sales planning perspective
- Possess well-developed skills for building long term relationships
- Willing to lead by examples, and have a clear set of strong personal and business ethics
- Expertise in Programmatic marketing subject matter
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively across organization levels and roles.
- Ability to lead projects independently and work collaboratively with a team oriented environment
- A great problem solver with the ability to quickly develop innovative client-specific solution.
- High competency level in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent time management/project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
