Executive Assistant to General Sales Manager
Immediate Opening for at our South Orlando facility. The Executive Assistant is to focus on Delivery, Installation & Customer Service. This position is a direct report and daily interaction with Senior Management. You are a fast paced, positive, highly organized and focused key EA. You take charge, are determined and find answers.
Duties include general duties of an Executive Assistant such as top level problem solving, anticipating needs, answers directly to management and assists in any and all process completion needed. High level organizational skills, attention to detail and impeccable people skills are a must. A sense of urgency is required and ability to regroup with a smile.
This position will be supervisory with a team of administrative assistants that report to you. You will also have the pleasure of working with our Sales Managers who are truly the cream of the crop. Prefer bilingual Spanish or Portuguese. We will teach industry.

Hours 8:30-5:30 M-F with some overtime necessary.
