One Hour Heating and Air / Benjamin Franklin Plumbing / On Time Electrical has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.

This position will focus on posting invoices and data to the correct General Ledger accounts and timely payment of invoices. Successful candidates will be highly organized and strive for complete accuracy in their accounting practices, self-motivated with a high degree of accountability, and are dependable and trustworthy. Those who communicate easily within all levels of an organization and can conduct themselves in a mature and professional manner.

Our Accounts Payable Coordinator works closely with all levels of Management and should be a highly accountable individual who can work with very little supervision. Candidates should have strong Excel worksheet skills and knowledge and have the ability to readily learn and navigate software new to you. Previous experience in a service firm environment is encouraged but not required. At least three (3) years of AP and GAAP accounting experience is preferred. While we will consider various experience levels, this position is suited for candidates who have post-entry to mid-level related experience.

​This position is full time, Monday-Friday. Pay will be competitive and based on experience and a full suite of benefits are offered after a short waiting period.
